About TSND – Telecommunications Service Network for the Deaf

TSND is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing advocate / outreach program for the next generation video relay service (VRS) for the deaf and hard of hearing persons that can be accessed wherever there is internet or wireless connectivity, opening them to a world of communication possibilities. TSND alsohelps the Filipino deaf and persons with disabilities, and a whole community to obtain their opportunities in getting technology assistance, communication and media accessibility.
